I am also dubious about management.
A big concern for me is the need for two capital raisings within twelve months. Is there any proper plan for the future of the company? Why were they not able to plan what they needed and raise that in the first capital raising in October 2016? They raised $8.7 million back then and then had to tap the market for another $17.6 million in October this year.
From October 2016 :
The net proceeds from the SPP and Placement will be used to establish an in house processing facility, the upgrade of farm infrastructure, new sales and marketing initiatives, debt reduction and to supplement working capital.
Which reads like they want to get everything together to get the company to a profitable level so that profits can generate dividends for the shareholders. However, that was not to be.
From October 2017 :
Funds raised will be used to support the ongoing growth in Yellowtail Kingfish biomass, and investment in farming and processing facilities.
So why wasn't it all done in one capital raising?
I think CSS are sometimes better at farming shareholders funds than they are at farming fish.
