Federal Treasurer Bans MIT's RESI Property Assets ... unless affordable housing, page-6

I'm not sure of the relevance of your comment. Domacom is a Managed Investment Trust (MIT).

The Treasurer Scott Morrison banned all MIT's from holding Residential property within such Trust's from the 14th September, 2017 unless they qualify as "Affordable Housing".

According to a Treasury spokesperson I contacted recently the Ban is still in place.

Domacom is aware of this Ban as noted in the notes to their AGM and various announcements and along with several other affected organizations Domacom has made a submission to Treasury.

So as we stand at the moment Domacom is unable to undertake any new Residential Property Trust acquisitions unless they qualify as affordable housing.
