I think if we look back 12 months, he was spruking that the design of the production plant was to be finalised in mid-17 and construction of same commencing end of 2017.
We'll be lucky to see any action in 2018.
So, where have all the up-tampers gone..... 0.015 by end of week and 0.025 by early next year. Tell 'me they're dreaming.
