No Mauombo. Germania was ( i believe) responding to your comment to my post about the SP of the rights issue. PIL made a placement at .02 when the SP was .015.
Plus re your advice, i will be taking up my rights as I'm pretty sure all retail will. I don't think there will be many scraps if you want additional shares nor will underwriters need to underwrite. New believers will have to buy on market.
And whose going to sell on market? Even after this dilution i believe majority of registry will have an average considerable higher than where its currently.
Just my personal opinion.
