We are here because the directors wrote the rules of the SPP and now circumstances are such that they must adhere to them because of the takeovers and thus the ASIC rules.

Had they looked after their existing shareholders in the first place, we wouldn't be having this conversation. Srsly - 80% of the issue went to instos??!! Some new mob got 30m shares??
