Good old fashioned re-rate on the culmination of 6 months of good news and continuing progress.
Penetration of the beers into the east coast is starting to ramp up, I can see a frenzy of marketing/venue activity in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane on the Gage Roads insta accounts, they are exclusive brewer to the new Perth Stadium which has just opened, a new lager brand for the Perth Stadium that could go viral as a mainstream beer, continually winning awards for their craft beers, a number of new brews like the Sea Devil Stout and Heffeweizen (and probably more we don't know about) up their sleeves, takeover activity is rife in the sector and GRB has a clear register with $5m in cash and no debt, extra brewhouse capacity to expand volumes, its summer and beer/cider-drinking season, and they have a new cider brand being released on the east coast as we speak.
No, no reason at all for the price to rise.............the dribble/chatter around the edges of a one day share price rise, buy recommendations or whatever, is just white noise.
