That's a lot of IMO's you got there and still no straight answer.
Anyhow, Auscann was granted its cultivation and production licence some 5 months after it lodged its application, so it'd be reasonable to assume that if there's an issue of prerequisite in AEB's application it'll be known by next May. If there's no issue and they've a licence then I am looking at a ten bagger from here. Happy to hold.
