Correct my understanding that PNG and the Bougainville autonomous government have signed agreements with BCL.
However the agreement with BCL will not proceed due to the LO.
So in your opinion the only way for both PNG government and Bougainville autonomous government to gain part of the revenue stream will ultimately be to side with the LO?
If RTG is successful will BCL have a right to sue?
