I did not get to the AGM, but from comments on HC it sounds like there was a bit of a dust up about lack of PR and this looks like an attempt to redress that.
The Edison report gives a good overview of where VLA is up to but the assumptions made in coming up with valuations looked pretty hairy. It may give an indication of potential, but it is just too hard to value a biotech company at this stage in its development. I bought because I thought it had potential but how much, I could not say. I think most recent activity has been more negative than positive
