    I suggested BPT previously. what a good fit.

    and note how Beach is around all time highs.
    a scrip bid which trumped CERG would allow s/h to achieve a premium for AWE shares, but allow s/h to participate in the potential of Waitsia and all the other fields operated by Beach.
    there would be plenty of liquidity for Beach shares.
    maybe a cash sweetener or cash/scrip would be even better?

    more to come on this t/o me thinks
