They are raising money because they are desperate. With virtually zero revenue and high ongoing costs and a possible very long lead time for any of this China revenue to start flowing, they have no alternative but to keep raising capital and keep diluting the shareholders. The alternative is to go bust. Any future profits are going to be spread pretty thin. I just wonder about the technology. They have been flogging it for years. If it was that good surely someone would have bought it by now?
