I like them too but I wonder if I am just too in love with this stock. The reality is that they have handed back all their profit from the LCS, and all their profit from the ferry wins through the write offs and the legal settlement and the extra cap ex in the Phillipines.
Basically this is a company with huge revenues but has not made a profit in many many years.
I don’t know what can change to fix that. There will be no NPAT in the OPV contract, only revenue and the US Frigate program is a 50/50 proposition.
They are no hope of getting any work out of the Australian frigate program either.
This is why selling is so hard, I have to admit I was wrong!
