Rab, there was some talk on Hot Copper about this accumulation. I'm not across the issue, but maybe you can get some answers by checking out Artseck's post on 18th August (I think that is the date). Some other posters at about that time were also adding to the discussion. It would be good if some posters with a better understanding could add their thoughts.
