That what I thought initially, but I believe Australia and Singapore have a reciprocal agreement in regards to foreign judgements. Not sure if anyone else has more experience with this? I just googled and found a Minter Ellison paper on it.
I bought a parcel on auction as I thought it was worth a try at this price given the upside potential
