AUZ is BFS 1st Qtr 2018, but AUZ and CLQ are both laterite mineralization. CLQ will definitely get the money for their plant, but it will take 2 years to build even with the autoclaves they have already picked up.
There is not definite $$ there yet for AUZ, but they will be producing Ni & Co sulphates from their trial plant soon and quite likely have interested battery makers in the wings.
AML is a sulphide deposit, so as I understand it, a plant to process this type of mineralization has lower CAPEX/OPEX and would be quicker to build.
I don't know of any other small caps as far advanced as CLQ & AUZ, ARL (also laterite) are not too far behind them.
Then you have EUC who may look to toll treatment via existing European smelters, which would seriously expedite their to market process, but we don't know for sure their tonnages yet - although it does look promising.
