If SBM bought those shares, this could explain why they left out 4.2m shares from Resource Fund (to make room for Rob's shares).
Further, in the event of a takeover, I'm not sure what happen to un-exercised options? My guess is directors will need to find money to exercise all their options, un-exercised options will be discarded. They will need to find money to exercise all options.
