And that was a "build & ship from China", turned into a disaster on multiple levels, basically had to be rebuilt.

Lynas has been selling Dy in 95% clean carbonate for 5 yrs and will produce ~50t next year, well before, and well after, NTU produce anything.

And BTW, not sure any lucid investor would classify what NTU have cobbled together as "finance". My description would definitely not pass moderation here.
