At 20ktpa run rate 2018 Lynas will be producing 50t Dy in a 95% SEG/HRE clean carbonate sold to Chinese spot, and they have already been producing & selling Dy/HRE for 5 years.
Apart from the fact there is no comparison, you make the huge assumption that NTU's plant will actually work, 1400klm out in the Tanami Desert.
