Agreed. The board still seem to think they're a big player. IMO they have lost the right to think that by destroying shareholder value over many years now. To act like these offers are somehow beneath them is just snobbery, and to release the details when specifically asked not to is just plain arrogance.

Engage with these suitors. If AWE is worth more, show them the data and let them up the bid. The board still think they're a big player, in actuality they are a minnow and the best value for shareholders may well lie in selling the project.
