Management own a lot of the company. IDK who you spoke to but I have had a phone chat with them. I don't see a major issue with this company but they will likely be a takeover target as they're not doing anything revolutionary. I can't say they have performed badly and I don't understand how you think that is the case unless you bought during the peak. (or before they went into energy)
