What did you learn rookstar ??

I have picked many duds and the common denominator appears to be my lack of researching Directors in all of them.

I understand there is a blacklist somewhere but I am looking for a place I can go to that highlights Directors who have skated way too close to the edge over many years whilst on boards of different companies.

Not an easy task

When playing in companies outside of ASX 200, then ASX nor ASIC appear to be available to stop the rot when it is so blatantly obvious to holders that more wrong than right is occurring. I am losing heart in this ASX being a fair playing field.
