They dont have to mate!
They have to import the parts, then transport it to the site, assemble it, and start drilling. Safest bet would be to just buy a drilling rig. Unfortunately you have to deal with all these issues when you have limited funds which is understandable.
Imo last raise was not enough! They should have gone for 1.5 or 2 mill.
