With 105 Mil voting in favor of all resolutions and 5 Mil against, it is clear that CTP is now at the mercy of a predator.

Mac Bank who wanted the company last year , will no doubt still be interested now that the numbers against are so low.

I suspect, that an offer of another SOA will soon emerge at around the 15 cents mark.

Early 2018 will be the critical period, why would MB walk away from a certainty, they know the assets, they know the management and they know that time is running out , AND they have a lot of cash in the bank.

And that will be the end of it.
