It appears someone is attempting to range trade the stock between 0.17 - 0.19. Representing a 16% gain for them. The same thing occured to SPL prior to it bursting upward. If you keep buying at 0.175 slightly above the range traders buy range you will ruin their day. Personally I do not mind range traders though - they will stabilise the share price prior to a large movement.
