I have taken some time out in my busy schedule to read the most recent posters

It is clear that a large number of HC Posters are frustrated by what they appear to see happening which in their view is nothing

Attacking directors and major shareholders over their apparent lack of communications which shows me that they don't understand the legal implications in obtaining final settlement in this matter

This is not a simple settlement case, in fact it's entwined in a number of webs in working ones way through the maze of issues

Confidentiality clauses will bind parties not to talk about anything under any circumstances

Final settlement will occur and then the ML will eventually come through and we will be off and running

All I can say is patience will pay ten fold in the end with the right luck and good fortune with ANNs - this is my view

I remember there was a time when I brought into an investment purchasing some 15mill shares which consolidated eventually with capital raising and a lot of doubt in the market place

I eventually brought more shares at 2cents giving me about 4.5mill - it recently went to 98 cents plus and is on the rise again

Being a LTH I held a belief in the future with this share which I have held for five years

I hold the same view with LNY

The point I am making is patience can and does work. The issue with patience a lot of investors don't have it and simply want it now

So what if this took another six or so months to realise would it really matter

If I don't belief in the Lny story then I would simply sell but I am not in fact I am still buying

There is nothing I can say that will ease another's fears and beliefs - I can only deal with mine

All the anger and disenchantment is not going to change the current position - only time will see to that

Good luck to all investors and I trust your des ions will pay off for you all one way or another

It is my view above and I continue to hold tight

If I am wrong then it will have been another life expierence in the industry of the Share Market
