If we look back at the JV FNT had with Newcrest Mining in 2012 for a minute.
In that agreement NCM, in part, agreed to purchase 2.3% of FNT for $750,000 at just over 10c for each FNT share. If a similar agreement was made today with FNT’s current corporate structure in mind, NCM would be offering a farm in agreement at 31.6c for each of approximately 2.4M ordinary FNT shares.
