I'm all for shareholder advocacy, but it's just strange behavior from a major shareholder that had a board seat and resigned from the board (when apparently these issues were being raised).

Note that in Lev's letter to the board, he has essentially asked only for one thing - removing Hennessey, but no change to auditor, 'inexperienced' board members etc. even though he raises those points to the board.

Really confusing what the motivation is and also what the real issue is, but hopefully Rivas has his head down and getting the business back on track.....if he can deliver better than the 14c EPS for FY2018 & maintain the dividend, then we have some solid foundations.
