You said that Sengkang cannot get a gas connection due to civil unrest and now you say there is a hold-up at a gas junction!
The directors including Chandler are closer to the action and they are continuing to build. They could have put the project on hold and kept the money in the bank.
By the way, what was your job before you retired?
