    As far as I am concerned the real issue is poor business performance for some time. That alone requires a change in leadership at board level. The technology issues, costs and squabbles are an embarrassing sideshow symptomatic of a business that needs refreshing at the top.
    Hopefully the new CEO is doing well with the day to day strategic planning etc.
    Changes may give the market some hope!!
