Ann: Appendix 3B, page-7

I'll tell you what I know. I've been in the share market since February this year and it has been a steep learning curve. I seem to have grasped a number of concepts in that time, and pretty quickly, so thank you for voicing your observation that I seem to have some knowledge. I do, however, still consider myself a newbie (which I think is fair), and since I started I haven't held a share that has been through an option conversion. So, I was genuine when I didn't know what was being referred to when 3b's was mentioned. I didn't make the link between the name of the Appendix and the use of that term (I had never seen it written before/or never made the connection). After you explained it to me it made sense. I guess I didn't make the link at the time because I was too busy buying some shares in another company that has just announced a share consolidation (so a brand new experience for me there as well). And I don't know how long you've been in the share market for, so you may have lost your appreciation for this, but there are a hell of a lot of abbreviations, terms etc that one needs to get their head around to interpret people's posts.

As I haven't been through an option conversion situation before, I just don't know what happens at this point. I genuinely don't know what is meant when talking about where the heads are "flowing" to. All I can see is the sell side stacking up at 0.004 and the buy side decreasing at 0.003c. All I know is that there is some selling of oil shares internationally. So the motivation behind me asking where the newly converted heads are "flowing" to was me trying to decide whether I decrease my exposure to this BAS. I do believe in the company and the management, but BAS is my biggest holding, and I'm doing a review of my holdings based on new information. Boilee's comment was just adding to the bank of information I was using to make a decision. I couldn't work out what he meant, and whether it was a positive or negative.

So I'm very happy to be educated in the world of option conversions and what usually happens at this point.
