however, I would leave these gastronomique comestibles wholly to them.
These might be an opportunity for Camperdown to make these 'boutique' cheeses, especially the
Harzerkäse a very low fat cheese made from milk after the cream has been skimmed off.
Enough of 'skimming off the cream' expertise around.
