Reality check for CTN shareholders -
1. Some of the larger CTN shareholders are also CGA or NCC shareholders - which way do they vote? (sarcastic question mark)
2. GW isn't going to help - it looks more and more like he pre-approved the deal with Boo-Boo or he has a side deal with Naos. Maybe he has an interest in CGA or Naos as well?
3. Remaining CTN shareholders therefore have three choices ...
A) do nothing and cop whatever this Naos mob and their high-risk concentrated strategy brings
B) sell now and realise the 10% discount to NTA
C) rally behind David Stevens - the chap that started the company and delivered the early performance - but time is of the essence.
I think I'll try option C cos A and B will still be there anyway.
