I must add to this that some people with whom I spoke and with businesses in Georgetown, knew nothing of the plant or said that they haven't seen any work on it for weeks. See, that's the problem, we should NOT have to rely on anecdotal evidence from those who have no connection with the company and the very uncertain "reliability" of what we are told.
I personally consider that IF there is ANY problem with the plant that that IS "material" and be passed on to all shareholders. But, I, clearly, think differently to management regarding the disclosure rules.
