In this crazy cobalt market, don't think it really matters. The long awaited cobalt bubble is starting to inflate. JRV and EUC Are my main investments after exiting CLQ...and a few BMT for a speculative punt. Rest are trade fodder for me.
Having said that I am quite familiar with Walford Creek, back from the early Copperstrike days. I'm not a holder so that probably tells you my opinion on it.
