Oh dear Tremeer, if you can't understand the respective profiles HRE vs LRE by now there is little hope, actually even difficult to understand the newbies getting excited but someone who's had time to digest the facts has no excuse.

China is now desperately considering how to try and restore value to their precious ionic clays, even with HRE capacity already wound back to 30% capacity, how low can they go?

Since Dec 16 State Reserve has purchased a massive 1620t of DyO out of the market at 1250 yet prices simply fell further.

With earlier 2016 purchases they have taken ~2yrs demand OUT of the mkt place yet with production limping along ~30% capacity there is not even sufficient demand to prevent DyO values falling, just as the other magnetics rebound.

Factual reality, why any would risk their hard earned in a low grade, short mine life, remote project for a commodity with little demand beggars belief.
