For those holders who have been here since MYA days, it is pleasing to get what appears on the surface to be good news.
Notwithstanding that, there are still no $$$ numbers around what this means. How much does NET actually earn from the sale of 1 licence? Does anyone know? If someone has some clue please share.
If they make $20 a year from a licence then 12000 x $20 = $240,000 a year. Value at 5 times revenue and you have a market cap of $1.2 million. No-one is going to be excited about that. Let's be optimistic and say they make $100 a year from a licence. Market cap $6 million. Getting close to break-even cash flow. Still noting to get even mildly excited about. Let's go wild and say $1000 a year. Market cap $60 million and share price around 6 cents. You see where I"m going............. It's going to be a very long time before long term holders get even close to break-even. Sad but very true. Good luck to whoever picked up 15 million today. I wish that was me.
I won't be getting excited until there are some real numbers around what this means in actual dollar terms. I don't give a stuff how many contracts they have sold or partners they sign up. They've been signing up partners and selling the product for years - and last quarter they got $6,000 of customer receipts!!! It seems everyone who signed up previously got it for free - government agencies in WA and USA, universities, local govt departments etc........
At least it sounds like they won't be going broke tomorrow, and that's a good thing.
I welcome plenty of discussion
