Not wanting to read anything into your post that isn't there. When you say " if reported values of vanadium are true" what do mean? Gossip? If so, what value is the gossip you hear.
If your statement below is correct, what price?
Let's say 100m+ vanadium and economically viable with a possibility for fast track production. Gold the same. Not talking overnight fast track, but a plan.
In which range would you think (only if the above is true)
A) 1-4cents
B) 4-7
C) 7-10
D) 10-15
E) 15+
If the reported values of vanadium are true and it is easily mineable and the gold is plentiful and easily mineable, and the U ground proves to have copious amounts of the radioactive stuff then of course GPN has merit.
