a) NAOS continues managing CTN portfolio, but does so under the current IMA;
b) if NAOS does not perform, i.e. the manager fails to meet the current investment objectives, then IMA can be terminated by the board;
c) who will that board comprise of if the NO vote wins - who knows, you'd expect an EGM will be called in that scenario, new bums on seats and the shenanigans continue...
