Not sure what you meant but LVH only provide a platform/convenient way of selecting/filtering the right candidates, narrowing down the set of available candidates. With that smaller set of candidates, it all depends on the firm's own process to conduct the hiring such as telephone interviews, first round or second round interviews. Or if they already knew the candidates, they may not carry out that process. I don't think LVH will help the firm to bypass the firms' hiring process.
