Unlike the Directors, I have a large part of my hard earned savings tied up in a number of LCs, including a top 20 holding in CTN.
Like the other commentators, I cannot see how our interests are protected. The CGA about face is staggering and illogical, based on their previously declared expertise in the field!!
At the least the Directors could have waited until the AGM if they genuinely value shareholder input.
I guess this is not necessarily a done deal.
The thing that interests me is which of the resolutions are "special" and requiring a 75% vote to carry.
The ones that need 75% (if any) will struggle if WAM has a negative view on all this. I will happily add my bit.
