Lots of spin and (aspirational) 'plans' imho ..... I am not sure that they have the capability to implement even as a JV as hinted.
From some of the words, it seems they have aspirations to become a 'food processing company' of niche products & I am not sure they have the will to continue as dairy farmers .... woulnt surprise me to see some sort of divestment of the farms in the future to give them cash.
Looks like the Board have shored themselves up with mates pretty well.

Didnt see the IR coffee, but the Camperdown yoghurt was good and have to evaluate the Camperdown Real Cream and unhomonised milk freebies at home. Not sure what it sells for in shop, but they have aspirations of possibly selling (organic) milk at around the $6 price point if I followed correctly.
