This is a chinese company, cut them some slack. Don’t expect western style corporate governance.
As for corruption, China has one of the most heavy hand penalty for corruption and corporate cheat... in the west, blue collar crime is not consider serious.. maybe 2-5 years jail time.. in china depend on the amount of money involves, blue collar crime could land you in front of the firing squad.
