    Hi @eastwest101

As mentioned in my previous post hole WTRC o31 is claimed to have been testing the up-dip continuity of hole WTRCo21. Hole WTRo31 is about 150m south of hole WTR035 (the high grade hole).

Holes WTR040 and 41 drilled approx 100m and 50m north of hole WTR037 which is reported as having strong mineralisation do not report either moderate or strong mineralisation. These holes are about 150m and 100m north of WTR035 (the high grade hole).

I’m not sure if these Cobar style deposits have big plung components but based on the fact they say WTR031 was testing the up-dip extension of the deposit there might be a northerly plunge to the mineralisation which could explain why holes WTR040 and WTR041 missed the target.

I’m not that up to speed on Zn mining and processing but it’s my impression that Zn doesn’t recover as well as other basemetals (more research required) so I’m not sure if moderate grades (sub 5% ZnEq) would be economic in an UG mining scenario. So far most of the depths seem open pitable if the size is there. Maybe our more esteemed geological friend that has given this drilling the tick of approval can comment on the general question of Zn recoveries and what ZnEq grades are typically mined in open pit and UG situtations in this region and elsewhere.
