Incorrect... most cloud service such as google docs/Office 365/Dropbox sync to teh cloud.. if files are locally encrypted and replicate.. it is sayonara!
So office 365 is not a silver bullet solution.
Well documented online of cloud services also being impacted by malware on users devices (not the underlying service within the cloud but just user files)
