If only you clowns had the vaguest idea where all this is headed, Dragon just put out a call for monazite imports = NdPr, alongside a bleat re the demand destruction of HRE.
There is absolutely NO future for a stand alone, hard rock HRE operation, not a snowballs, and greenfield NdPr/CapEx metrics suggest every hard rock wannabe is pushing poo uphill with a pointy stick.
