I’m guessing your question is aimed at the general forum and not just to me. Though I’ll still contribute my 2c.

Right now MDR are dominating the domestic market, have a solid product offering with no real competition, have displayed strong revenue growth, with the obvious huge revenue growth potential coming from their plan to enter the international markets.
With the short term potential of MDR, I too would ignore escrowed shares, and think a MC around the $50m level is justified for the forward looking potential; a 6c SP.

Though in saying all that, typically MDR is a low liquidity stock trading in a month $360k or around 1.7% of MC and SOI, based on previous 4 months.
To me, this means not much of an audience and demand. So I wouldn’t be surprised if this just sat in the 4c - 5c range until MDR announce their first international partnership/deal.
This would be a strong signal that revenues are about to skyrocket, that their international plan is achievable, and this I think would attract a lot of the smart money that would surely be watching this company.
My guess it would be with Boots in UK due to Mr Jamal Butt as a regional advisor - though this is just stab in the dark guess, I have no other information to base it on.

Also, there’s the remote possibility, (I emphasise ‘remote’), that as EBOS incorporates MDR’s products in majority of their companies and possibly becomes dependent on it, they might acquire MDR in the medium to long term.
