An agreement of that sort would be pretty unusual. Would have to be more ounces than that too. Still the same problem of not being in a position of strength in equity issue negotiations even if they can get some debt financing.
I took my medicine yesterday and sold the second half of my shares. Took a 15% loss but had to be done. Plenty of good stories around at the moment and didn't want to have my capital tied up.
Will keep following but too much risk of capital raising at the moment for me to hold.
