You make a good argument, however based on what they asked for last year as I posted earlier in the table they clearly asked for and got 10m, 25m and 10m with certain vesting conditions, so I can only assume they want to raise the amount they can issue themselves with the new resolutions. Perhaps, someone with more knowledge than me can answer that.
