I believe the brokers were wound up by the key players behind the scenes and got on their phones to call shareholders to get them to vote. But do you think they would swallow the instruction now? After the last 8 months shemozzle? How could you ring a shareholder in either CGA or CTN and ask them to accept your word that the opposite is not the better thing?
I would be surprised if brokers bought into this one. Might be easier to get it blocked than one would think. Or maybe they are just all wh0res after all?
