I am sure ASX and ASIC are aware of the shenanigans played here by Michael..................do they have the get up and go to intervene........have to wait and see

One wonders if SH get a say in who sits or does not sit on the board. We know nothing about PM and what he could bring to the table yet he is offered a seat based on his dollars alone.
